Name badge

All participants receive a name badge and for safety reasons, we kindly ask you to wear it during all conference days. The name badge also applies as a ticket to the social events if you have registered for this.

Mobile web

If you have a smartphone and entered your mobile number when you signed up for the conference, you should have received a text message with a link to the mobile web. Through the mobile web, you can access, among other things, the list of participants, the program, practical information about the conference, etc.

Tip: Save the link to the home page on the phone so you have easy access to the mobile web throughout the conference.


Participation fee includes admission to the conference, conference materials, coffee & lunches.

Conference location

Stockholm is the capital and largest city of Sweden. It is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, situated on 14 islands where the lake Mälaren flows into the Baltic Sea. The city has a very high quality of life with a vibrant culture, acclaimed food scene, and proximity to nature. In summer the sun doesn’t set until late at night, offering a magical atmosphere.

Hosted by KTH Royal Institute of Technology

The conference is hosted by KTH Royal Institute of Technology, one of Europe’s leading technical universities. KTH conducts research and education in engineering and architecture, and ranks among the top universities in the world in several technical fields. The conference will take place in KTH’s beautiful main building located in the northern part of Stockholm city center, easily accessible by public transportation.
