What is included
The registration fee includes: conference admission, lunches, coffee breaks, Sunday get-together, Monday evening reception, and conference dinner.

It is mandatory to pre-register to social events, latest May 31.

Cancellation policy
Until April 30 2024 cancellation is possible and you will be refunded the congress fee less an administrative cost of SEK 500. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 30 2024.

If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged.

All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate.
No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.

Method of payment
Credit card – Visa, MasterCard. Please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden Meetx AB on your credit card statement.

Invoice – Invoice is possible as a method of payment until deadline April 30, 2024. After this date only credit card payment is applicable.
Sweden: Invoice should be paid within 30 days and must be paid no later than a few days before the start of the conference.
Abroad: Invoice should be paid within 10 days and must be paid no later than a few days before the start of the conference.

VAT on fees – important information
Please note: According to Swedish and EU** legislation all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and hotel (12%).

** According to the EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 20016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country in which the conference takes place.

User Agreement
The delegate agrees that the data, photos, audio and video can be used by R&D, the host of R&D 2024 for further steps (Social Media or future congresses).

The delegate agrees that the registration data will be recorded electronically and will be used in the future for sending information per email by R&D, the host of R&D 2024 and the next organizer of R&D.

The delegate agrees that name / company / country will be printed in the official delegate list of the congress. No data will be transferred to further third party.

Our privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency/hotel/venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future R&D events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By confirming our cancellation policy and then clicking the “I accept the user agreement” button in our forms, you agree that we store your information for the above purposes.
